When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The Outdoor Living Company reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and payment is processed.

Cancellation Restrictions: Due to the premium, heavy-freight nature of our catalog (including built-to-order pizza ovens, bespoke fire tables, and outdoor kitchens), production and fulfillment workflows often begin immediately upon order confirmation. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is placed. If an order cannot be canceled before dispatch, it will be subject to our standard Refund Policy, including any applicable return freight and restocking fees.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

SECTION 5 - HEAVY FREIGHT SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party freight carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control (Force Majeure).

Delivery Requirements: Because our products include oversized, heavy items (such as stone masonry, cast iron, and large stainless steel appliances), delivery is typically completed on pallets via a curbside freight network. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address has adequate, safe access for a large freight vehicle and that a responsible adult is present to inspect and sign for the goods. Once the product is transferred and signed for at the delivery address, title and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by The Outdoor Living Company, its affiliates, or our manufacturing partners/licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools or hyperlinks to websites operated by third parties (such as logistics trackers or financing providers) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with The Outdoor Living Company.
