Care and Maintenance
BBQube is an outdoor appliance and as such needs to be cared for to maintain its overall condition and functionality.
Upon first use, you may notice a slight smell – this is simply the high temperature, outer painted surface curing in the high heat and is perfectly normal. It will stop after one or two uses.
We recommend undertaking regular, monthly checks (more regularly during bad weather). When cold, wipe all surfaces with a non-scratch cloth to keep them dry and to help eradicate minor blemishes before they deteriorate further.
In between uses, remove ash from inside BBQube to clear airways, wiping key areas with a dry micro fibre cloth, and keeping the glass door clean.
How will my BBQube be delivered to me?
Your BBQube will be delivered fully assembled, you will simply need to slot the two stainless steel side shelves into place and assemble the flue, then it's ready to use.
Your BBQube will come specially strapped, wrapped and shrink wrapped to a Euro pallet measuring approximately 1.2 x 1.2 metres. It will be delivered on a lorry with a tail-gate lift to your kerbside. Please ensure you have space to receive the delivery lorry and the pallet.
It will be your responsibility to remove the packaging, lift BBQube off of the pallet and wheel/carry into position and to then discard the pallet and packaging. Two people will be required to lift and install BBQube.

The BBQube unit carries a 3-year warranty on the integrity of the main body and a 12-month warranty for non-consumable items as listed below, in accordance with the terms and conditions of use.

Delivery
We offer free UK mainland delivery on the vast majority of our range. Smaller accessories are typically delivered via tracked courier within 3-7 working days. Larger items such as outdoor kitchens and masonry barbecues are sent via specialist courier and typically take 1-4 weeks, depending on the brand and whether stock is held in the UK. The courier will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery slot.

Returns
If your purchase isn't right for you, most unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Warranty periods vary by brand and product. Most pizza ovens, barbecues and outdoor kitchens we stock carry a minimum 2-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects, with some premium ranges offering longer cover. Should you ever need to make a warranty claim, we act as your direct point of contact with the manufacturer. You won't be passed around. Contact our team with your order number and a description of the issue, and we'll take it from there.
