Rotating Pizza Stone for Even Baking
At the heart of the oven is a Ø34cm cordierite pizza stone that rotates during cooking. This clever feature ensures the pizza bakes evenly across the entire surface, eliminating the need to constantly turn it by hand.
The stone retains heat efficiently, creating the intense base heat needed for a crisp crust while allowing toppings to cook evenly. With pizzas ready in as little as two minutes, it delivers fast, reliable results.
Powerful Gas Performance
The SS409 U-shaped burner delivers 6.0kW of power, generating strong, consistent heat throughout the cooking chamber. This allows the oven to reach the high temperatures required for authentic pizza baking while maintaining stable performance during longer cooking sessions.
A front-facing control panel makes flame adjustment simple and precise, so you can easily fine-tune the heat as your pizza cooks.
Compact, Durable Design
With dimensions of 50 × 50 × 29.5cm, the oven is compact enough for balconies, terraces, and outdoor kitchens while still offering generous internal space. The cooking chamber provides a working height of 10cm, making it easy to launch and retrieve pizzas.
The double-layer body construction combines an SS430 stainless steel inner with a black-coated outer shell, helping the oven retain heat while providing durability for outdoor use. The included pizza door helps maintain stable cooking temperatures.
Designed for 30 mbar gas pressure (50 mbar in DE/AT), the oven connects via a 1/4" thread hose fitting with brass connector (regulator not included). LFGB approval provides reassurance on recognised safety and material standards.
