For optimal safety and longevity, we recommend regular servicing by a qualified technician. Replace the regulator every 10 years and the hose every 5 years, or immediately if damage is observed.

Each Elementi fire pit is equipped with a full weather cover and comprehensive operating and maintenance instructions. Additional optional accessories include a glass fire screen, a metal lid, and a gas bottle cover made from GRC.
How can I convert my fire pit from Liquid Propane to Natural Gas?
Converting your Elementi fire pit or table to natural gas is straightforward using a propane to natural gas conversion kit. For safety and compliance, we recommend installation by a registered gas engineer.
Is it possible to extend the LPG hose?
We advise against lengthening the hose as it may reduce pressure to the fire pit and impact flame quality.
Can the gas hose be buried underground?
Yes, burying the gas line is an option. To protect the hose from corrosion, encase it in a plastic or copper sleeve.
What causes a blue flame when starting the fire pit?
Initially, a high oxygen mix in the gas line produces a blue flame. This is normal and will settle once the air is purged from the line.
What are the hose's dimensions?
The hose is about 2.5 meters long and 15mm wide.
