What's Covered

• Up to 10-year warranty on stainless steel components
• 5-year warranty on cast iron parts (no rust-through or burn-through)
• 5-year warranty on all other components
• 2-year warranty on kamado worktop (with proper maintenance)
• 2-year warranty on water drainage accessories and tap

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase, for the original owner.

Important Conditions

• Product must be registered within 30 days of purchase
• Proof of purchase is required
• Installation, use, and maintenance must follow the manufacturer's manual
• The warranty applies to domestic use only

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, including surface rust or discoloration
• Damage caused by incorrect assembly, misuse, or poor maintenance
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) that does not affect performance
• Damage from environmental factors (weather, grease fires, chemicals, etc.)
• Unauthorised modifications or repairs
